By using the UPM Bank, you agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information through your MyUPM account. Any attempt to use false identities, impersonate others, or provide misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your banking privileges within the UPM.
The UPM Dollar ($UPMD), the union’s official currency, is a virtual currency issued by the UPM Central Bank for internal union use. As of July 30, 2025, the UPM Dollar is non-convertible to real-world currencies. Users may earn, spend, or transfer UPM Dollars within the approved services of the UPM.
Users may not: Exploit bugs, errors, or system flaws for personal gain. Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or disruptive financial behavior. Attempt to reserve-engineer or tamper with the system.
The UPM Bank reserves the right to review, delay, reverse, or freeze transactions in the following cases: Suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violation. Technical errors or duplicate transactions. Compliance with administrative investigations or decisions by UPM authorities. The UPM Bank is not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by such actions.
The UPM Bank reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to users found violating these terms, with or without notice.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our website after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
